We are seeking a Licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer to lead research, product development, laboratory testing, process improvement, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will support technical validation, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer
• 35 years of experience in R&D, laboratory operations, product development, or process engineering
• Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, chemical, or industrial industries preferred
• Experience across multiple industries including manufacturing, construction materials, chemical, or industrial sectors is required
• Knowledge of laboratory testing, technical analysis, and ISO standards is an advantage
