As part of our Grade team, you help develop new grades for our Solid Round Tools product areas by turning application knowledge into material properties–working with substrates, coatings, and pre- and post-treatment methods. In this senior R&D role, you bring your experience and perspective to strengthen our development work, support collaboration across teams, and continuously improve how we work. You also playan important rolein connecting with other divisions across the Machining business area, building strong cross-functional partnerships that help turn ideas into innovation.
