Senior R&D Engineer

We are presently seeking a Senior R&D Engineer to support growing Singapore Lighting R&D activities, which are foundational to ongoing operations and future projects.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the development and design of plasma lighting products (e.g., Cermax, Excimer lamps), collaborating with the Pleasanton team and coordinating with the Batam Manufacturing team to drive products into mass production.
• Conduct developmental research and competitor analysis to support future technical roadmaps, conceptual design, and research activities.
• Provide technical leadership to manage product and process timelines, ensuring critical paths, objectives, and targets are met.
• Define and develop manufacturing processes by studying requirements, researching options, and adapting methods and equipment.
