Lead strategic reliability initiatives at Shell as a Senior Reliability Engineer, focusing on enhancing asset performance and fostering a High Reliability Organization culture.
This role requires engaging with the Asset Leadership Team to drive the Reliability/Availability Strategy across operations and maintenance. You will oversee a portfolio of reliability improvement initiatives, define decision criteria for investments, and ensure alignment with safety and operational goals. Your leadership will guide the development of multi-year roadmaps to elevate site reliability standards.
