Senior Reporting Analyst

This role is Office Based, Pune Office

Role: Senior Reporting Analyst – Center of Excellence (Pune, India)

In this role you will...

  • Own OTC KPI reporting, including ARR and related SaaS metrics.
  • Validate and reconcile ARR/OTC data across Salesforce (SFDC) reporting datasets and Oracle , resolving issues tied to completeness, timing, hierarchy mapping, and definition alignment .
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards/scorecards in Tableau and/or Power BI , including scheduled and automated reporting .
  • Coordinate reporting intake and prioritization : clarify requirements, size effort, prioritize requests, track status, and communicate timelines, risks, and dependencies .
