Senior resource & mining planning manager (Tecumseh)

About the Role

The Senior Resource and Mine Planning Manager for the Central Canada region will accurately assess and estimate aggregate reserves and resources, ensure annual reporting and filings meet SEC SK-1300 compliance, and lead a team of resource professionals to support operational planning, geological assessments, and mining plans that maximize resource utilization, reduce costs, and ensure safety.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Manage and track aggregate reserves and resources as a Qualified Person (QP) for the Central Canada region, including annual reporting/filing in compliance with SEC SK-1300 regulations.
• Develop and collaborate on short‑term and long‑term mine plans with Operations and other functional groups, optimizing stripping, extraction, and progressive rehabilitation activities.
