Drive and participate in the job evaluation and description processes, position grading, and ongoing activities related to keeping our Job Framework updated.
Market benchmarking and data intelligence.
Lead and execute comprehensive benchmarking studies and job pricing analyses to ensure our roles remain globally competitive in terms of compensation and benefits.
Data and analytics.
Design and produce comprehensive Total Rewards reports, dashboards and conduct detailed cost analyses across the organization.
