Senior Salesforce Developer

U.S-based company looking for a senior Salesforce developer to take ownership of a mature, business‑critical Salesforce environment. The platform is already in production and used daily across operations, service, and customer‑facing teams.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant scope. You will partner directly with the Head of Software & Data and the Director of Product working inside a small, senior technology team where engineers own their work end‑to‑end.

What you will be doing

• Designing, building, and maintaining Field Service Lightning workflows across scheduling, dispatch, mobile field operations, and asset management.
• Leading Apex and Lightning Web Component development against a live production Salesforce org.
• Owning the technical direction on integrations between Salesforce and adjacent business systems.
