Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement application systems based on user requirements and project timelines.
- Explore and propose innovative ways to modernize information systems by leveraging the latest technology stacks and AI‑assisted development methodologies.
- Maintain and enhance existing in‑house applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams for system deployment and integration.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, test coverage, and participate actively in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications as needed.
- Independently manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with regards to Data Governance, IT Audit, and Security policies and standards.
- Managed and mentor junior developers as and when required.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
