Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Backend)
to design and enhance scalable backend systems that support Weather Information Dissemination. This role involves working on complex enterprise systems, building reliable backend solutions using
Node.js and TypeScript , supporting batch jobs and streaming data, and applying modern engineering practices such as
CI/CD and SRE
to improve system resiliency and delivery efficiency. Job Responsibilities
Partner with software engineers and cross-functional teams to understand development delivery and system resiliency objectives. Assess existing technical landscapes, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and improvement areas. Recommend suitable engineering practices such as
CI/CD
and
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
