Senior Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to work within our supported living service in Oadby, Leicestershire. The role involves delivering high‑quality person‑centred support to three individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, and overseeing the service as a lead.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, control and inclusion in everyday life.
• Provide hands‑on support with daily living skills, communication, emotional regulation and decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate and timely records, and report changes in health or circumstances to management.
• Provide positive behaviour support where appropriate.
• Mentor and guide staff, ensuring the service runs safely and in line with best practice and regulatory standards.
