  • You define and lead the design quality, safety and reliability strategy across the full product lifecycle.

  • You act as the go-to quality expert for multidisciplinary R&D teams, guiding design controls, risk management and system-level decisions.

  • You translate field and post-market data into concrete design and process improvements.

  • You ensure products meet regulatory, quality and reliability standards before release, with confidence backed by data and testing.

  • Hands-on requirements definition, decomposition and traceability.

  • Active involvement in Design Control during R&D (design reviews, trade offs).
