Administer Active Directory (on-prem & cloud) , including GPOs and domain controllers
Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud ) and related services
Oversee backup and recovery for servers and cloud services
Manage SCCM/Intune for patching and application deployment
Monitor systems, manage alerts, and review logs (e.g., Splunk)
Maintain storage systems and endpoint security solutions
Configure and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Support infrastructure operations, audits, and compliance
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and inventories
Perform troubleshooting and escalate to vendors when needed
Participate in disaster recovery exercises
