The Senior Technical Program Manager serves as a Delivery Manager, overseeing end-to-end execution of projects from planning through launch with accountability for predictability, quality, and outcomes.

You will guide decision-making, manages risks and tradeoffs, and ensures partner agreement while maintaining visibility into delivery progress and outcomes. You will report to Senior Manager Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery execution and outcomes – Lead delivery with integrated planning, milestone tracking, and accountability for predictable, high-quality results.
  • Guide decisions and manage risks – Manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs while accelerating decision-making and escalation when needed.
