Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure all work complies with telecommunications regulations and standards. Provide technical support and guidance to users, often involving customer service during field visits. Installing and wiring routers/switches, coordinating for configuration and troubleshooting.
