AutoStore Academy is the organization responsible for delivering efficient, tailored training to our partners, customers, and sub-contractors. We aim to develop and provide learning experiences that empower our stakeholders throughout the entire AutoStore system lifecycle.
Task and Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs and develop relevant content and courses for the Academy portal, in collaboration with internal teams and external providers- Maintain and update training materials based on stakeholder feedback, and deliver product and tool training sessions together with the Academy Team- Support the upkeep and improvement of training facilities and related hardware/software- Help coordinate and administer both online and on-site training sessions, including organizing training schedules and plans
