Senior Wind Plant Operations & Compliance Leader

Vena Group is searching for a Plant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance activities of our wind turbine generators and balance-of-plant systems in Laguna, Philippines. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing maintenance programs, and supporting OPEX and CAPEX planning.

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, along with 8–10 years of experience in power plant operations, particularly within renewable energy sectors. Strong leadership skills are essential for managing multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.
