Galit is a Middle Eastern Restaurant in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago, owned and operated by Chef Zachary Engel and Andrés Clavero. The restaurant is a space for community: hospitality professionals, guests and suppliers will come together and celebrate food and drink in a respectful, friendly, and caring manner. The menu focuses on a seasonal and localized approach to dishes of the Middle East and Israel’s immigrant cuisines, alongside a unique and forward-thinking beverage program. Galit's company culture and its focus on employee wellness and training have been an important aspect of the restaurant since opening in 2019. MICHELIN Star awarded 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. 

Overview: The server provides exceptional food and beverage service to all guests in the restaurant.  This role will have the ability to answer all questions in regard to the menu to ensure guests are educated properly and promote the best dining experience possible.
