Service Controller/Coordinator

Location: Heathrow

Salary: £35-40k

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment from all departments and ensure all items are checked out onto the correct job before loading.
• Provide strong customer service, support and account management for major customers at airports.
• Liaise with the Equipment Departments, Account Management team and end customers to ensure all requests and requirements are facilitated in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded completely, safely and securely, maximising loading bay availability and avoiding customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the Equipment Control Manager and Shift Leaders to understand current workflow, work priority and dispatch deadlines.
• Verify that sub hires are properly checked, accounted for and scanned onto the correct job.
