SERVICE CONTROLLER
Overview: The incumbent’s main responsibilities include scheduling, invoicing and stock recon. She will work within the Service Department where they liaise daily with clients, Technical Staff, Technician and Senior Management.
Duties:
• Monitoring online platforms for tickets to then plan and arrange maintenance or installation calls.
• Create quotes and daily invoicing of work completed
• Stock management of technical staff reporting employee by reconning the stock and resolve any variances.
• Daily client communication
• Dealing with ad hoc client requests for services to be rendered and planning accordingly.
• Assist with planning of special projects and scheduling according to the project plan
Requirements:
• Matric Certificate
• 5 years’ experience in similar role
