What will you do?

  • Set up maintenance plans, UC’s/OLA’s, and the financial framework of contracts
  • Coordinate handover with Sales and Project Management for a smooth client transition
  • Implement and manage contracts within CSM and ERP tools
  • Actively participate in daily operations such as incident management, escalation management, and change control
  • Handle client onboarding and lead kick-off meetings to establish operational workflows
  • Monitor and evaluate service levels on a monthly basis
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support internal optimization initiatives
  • Maintain regular contact with client relationship managers and align with the SMO Manager
