Job Description

We are currently looking for Service Coordinator to join a team in Wimbledon!

Key Responsibilities -

* Manage customer service enquiries and service requests.

* Schedule engineer visits for installations, maintenance, and repairs.

* Coordinate engineer diaries to maximise efficiency.

* Maintain accurate service records and reports.

* Liaise with suppliers regarding spare parts and equipment.

* Support continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction

Personal Requirements -

* Experience in service coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administration.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

* Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive, proactive, and customer focused.
