Key Responsibilities
  • Installation & Commissioning
    Install, configure, and commission equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
    Conduct functional tests and ensure systems are operating optimally before handover.
  • Maintenance & Repair Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
    Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and carry out corrective repairs.
    Replace faulty components, adjust settings, and calibrate equipment.
  • Technical Support Provide technical advice and support to clients both onsite and remotely.
    Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
  • Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate service records, including work done, parts used, and time spent.
    Prepare service reports and provide feedback to engineering and product teams.
