- Work with senior technical experts to create and improve documentation, gaining insights into technical standards and practices.
- Conduct hands‑on tests in a workshop setting to ensure documentation aligns with practical application.
- Track and manage open support tickets, reviewing each case to check if solutions are available in existing documents, and drafting initial responses when appropriate.
- Review and improve training materials, correcting minor errors and suggesting updates to ensure the content is complete and accurate.
- Update technical documents as needed to keep information current and reliable.
- Examine rework documentation, summarizing and clarifying details to improve usability.
- Maintain the knowledge base so that team members have easy access to up‑to‑date resources.
