About The Role

As a Service Lead, you'll play a vital role in shaping and supporting our two services; one in Longside and one in Strichen .

You'll

  • Lead and inspire your teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and day to day guidance to colleagues
  • Drive continuous improvement across your services
  • Work with fellow Service Leads and Lead Practitioners to share best practice
  • Take on Registered Manager responsibilities
