Job Description

As a Service Supervisor, you will oversee the successful execution of all programs while ensuring a profitable operation and consistently high-quality products and service. You’ll help lead and develop the service team, collaborate closely with Culinary, and use CHG’s Core Values to create exceptional client experiences.

  • Oversee service setup and execution in alignment with Program Execution Orders, ensuring smooth coordination between the Culinary and Service teams

  • Lead, support, and train the service team to maintain high service standards

  • Manage inventory processes by monitoring stock levels and communicating accurate counts to the Culinary team

  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, hygiene, and emergency procedures while maintaining clean, organized front- and back-of-house service areas
