About the Role
The Service Supervisor will prepare service/repair estimates, schedule and coordinate service work (in‑house and field). He/She will supervise a team, ensuring work meets customer requirements and company standards while addressing escalated customer issues and requests.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day‑to‑day support of the business of Service sales to customers
- Execute Continuous Improvement initiatives that contribute to operational excellence and maximize efficiencies, including service, warranty programs and operations at the branch
- Proactive problem‑solving and guidance to the team as it relates to service objectives
- Provide training and support for all Service technicians and supervisors
- Manage Service Shop personnel performance, safety, training and customer service
