Responsibilities
  • Provide service support for customers – to both external and internal
  • Provide accurate information and timely generation of Service Reports
  • Support our service team and ensure daily smooth operations
  • Assist in procurement of inventory stock
  • Pro-actively participate in improvement plans and ERP system
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder in any field, with at least 2 – 3 years of experience
  • Meticulous & detailed-oriented
  • Able to meet deadlines and multi-task
