Service Technician - Langley

As a new and cutting-edge electric automobile brand in North America, we are looking for high caliber Service Technicians. In this role, your expertise will be relied upon to diagnose and perform a wide range of automotive service and mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Ability to effectively diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive service, mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Promptly and efficiently perform all necessary work as stated in work orders
• Frequently communicate with Service staff on all work required to ensure alignment on timelines and expectations
• Obtain parts from parts department and return parts as required
• Escalate and clearly communicate all difficult repairs to the Lead Technician to ensure prompt solutions
• Maintain consistent understanding and compliance with VinFast policies and procedures
• Adhere to all safety and security regulations in the workplace
