Service Technician

Service Technician is responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial laundry machines. The technician assures consistent performance, provides outstanding client service, and follows all safety and industry regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Installation

• Install washing machines, dryers, and laundromats on industrial premises.
• Connect water supply lines, drainage pipelines, and electrical or gas connections correctly.
• After installation, test the machine to ensure it is operating correctly and safely.

Diagnosis

• Inspect defective washers and dryers to find the cause of the issue at hand.
• Diagnose leaks, drainage concerns, drum faults, heating failures, vibration/noise, and electronic defects.

Maintenance

• Repair or replace damaged components such as motors, belts, pumps, valves, heaters, thermostats, sensors, and control boards...
