Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure office automation equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Provide training and support to end users
  • Keep accurate records of work carried out

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Technician in the Office Automation industry
  • Minimum Matric or relevant qualification
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Low to Mid volume experience Colour and Mono
  • Good understanding of I.T. as well as connectivity
  • Team Player
  • Willing to Travel
  • Valid Drivers License
