  • To provide service activities for medical equipment in healthcare environments, based at our customer site.
  • As a primary field contact for technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective case resolution.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
  • Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer location in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
  • Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge’s protocol.
  • Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
  • Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
  • Responsible for customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
