Job Description

Required Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM or ITOM preferred

• ITIL v4 Foundations






    1. 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of deep technical experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

    2. Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow-specific development tools (Studio, UI Builder, Service Portal).

    3. FedRAMP experience
