Implementation & Configuration
Implement and configure Service Now ITAM solutions, including HAM and SAM modules.
Work on end-to-end asset lifecycle management processes.
Requirement Gathering
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integration & Customization
Develop and support integrations between Service Now and third-party tools/applications.
