ServiceNow Solutions Developer

Hands on experience in ITSM and integration, ITOM .

- Knowledge on ITOM design & implementation

- Able to recommend or change changes in existing codes using business rules / client script/ UI policies/ schedule jobs

- Knowledge on ServiceNow upgrades and its maintenance of the instance

- Scripting skills: JavaScript & good to have or understanding of PowerShell & bash

- Knowledge on working with mid servers (Windows & Linux) for discovery issues and for integrations

- Certifications: ITSM & CAD;
good to have ITOM

Responsibilities includes but not limited to

- Integration Design: Defines goals and determines the need for integrations based on business outcomes.

- Implementation: Uses various technologies (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.) to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
