Job Description
Alcor Solutions is seeking to hire a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM, or Sales & Order Management (SOM) . The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CSM, CRM, and/or SOM.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, scripts, UI components, business rules, and integrations.
