Job Description

  • Contract Duration: 5-6 Months
  • Multiple Locations: Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram
  • Mode of Work: At least 1-2 days in the office.
  • Shift Timings: Evening Shift


Mandatory skills

  • Required a ServiceNow Developer with both SAM and HAM experience and at least one end-to-end implementation in either SAM or HAM
  • Need good experience in UI enhancements using UI Builder


Workflow & Automation Expectations

● Support asset and software related catalog items.

● Assist with approval logic, fulfillment logic, and exception handling.

● Use Flow Designer to support request, approval, allocation, and lifecycle workflows.

● Support workspace and UI enhancements using UI Builder where appropriate.
