Gunvor is seeking a Settlements Analyst in Calgary to enhance trade support through accurate settlements preparation and invoicing. Become a liaison within various departments to facilitate efficient operations.
In this full-time, permanent role, your expertise will ensure accurate processing of trading invoices and allocation of payable amounts within the company. Your collaboration with traders and finance will be crucial in confirming deal pricing and managing necessary documentation for effective settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register and manage trading invoices efficiently
• Verify invoice data against trading system entries
• Facilitate timely approval and payment of invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable and address any issues
• Update and manage cost accrual records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in settlements
