Job Overview

We are looking for a PART TIME Shift Lead at our Hanover location. A Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the retail store during assigned shifts.

• Lead and inspire a team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching and support on assigned shifts.
• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth store operations during shift.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and act as a role model for the store team.
• Ensure all customers are greeted warmly and receive prompt assistance.
• Resolve customer inquiries according to Work Authority’s Values.
• Achieve sales targets by motivating the team to provide exceptional sales experiences.
• Train and coach associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
