This role plays a critical part in leading shop floor teams to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Shift Leader creates value by empowering people, applying Principle Based Management (PBM), and ensuring manufacturing outcomes align with organizational and customer expectations

You will work closely with shop floor associates, support functions, and manufacturing leadership within the ETO manufacturing environment.
