The Role

We’re looking for a Night Shift Manager to lead our Hubbards operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for running an overnight shift, delivering production targets and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across people, plant and process. With a strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement, you’ll quickly identify issues, solve problems, and build a high‑performing, accountable team.
