Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Millwright to join their team in the steel industry. The Shift Millwright is responsible to provide maintenance support to Production, Electrical/C&I and maintenance teams in the relevant areas. The Shift Millwright is the first line of defense. Breakdowns and inspections are performed on a 24-hrs basis to ensure maximum plant availability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment including conveyors, pumps, motors, and production machinery
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
  • Install new equipment and machinery as needed
  • Fabricate and weld metal components as required
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
