Huntsman is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Foreman) supporting the Advanced Materials Division located in Ashtabula, Ohio. This position will report to the Production Manager.
Job Scope
The Shift Supervisor is an exempt position who is responsible for ensuring quality production in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner according to established schedules, procedures, and processes by directly managing a rotating 12-hour shift.
In summary, as the Shift Supervisor (Foreman), you will:
Ensure quality production in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner according to established schedules, procedures, and processes.
Directly manage a rotating 12-hour shift of chemical operators, including one lead person.
