About The Role

Waterdown Collision is seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join us as a Shuttle Driver & Shop Helper . This dual-role position combines customer-facing responsibilities with hands‑on support in our collision center and warehouse areas.

You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:00 AM start time
  • End time may vary depending on daily tasks
  • Schedule adjustments may be made to balance hours when needed

Key Responsibilities

Shuttle Driver Duties

  • Safely and courteously transport customers to and from the collision center
  • Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the shuttle vehicle
