Description

Manages contract negotiations, compliance, and vendor performance, while coordinating with lessors and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and resolution of operational issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with SAQ National Head and Territory Portfolio Lead (to formulate plans and programs to ensure achievement of target and identify improvement opportunities to drive efficient team operations.

  • Schedule FTK vendor performance review with team leader towards delivery of required services according to the agreed scope and standards

  • Conduct thorough and regular monitoring and update on the status of the project with vendor partner

  • Conduct field audits to ensure consistency in vendor performance

  • Drives use of tools and compliance to ways of working

  • Ensures vendor manpower and other resources sufficient to support the target
