职位目标 Job Purpose:
Provide overall leadership, direction and co-ordination to the plant, maintaining awareness for the need for on-going change and continuous improvement, monitoring performance versus Plan and Update and taking corrective action as necessary to meet targets for output, payroll and operating expenses.Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, environmental control and customer service.Ensure the plant produces the highest quality products in the safest, most efficient manner, in compliance with all company policies and procedures.主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:
