  • To co-ordinate and correspond with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants
  • Attending site meetings
  • Planning, scheduling and monitoring work progress
  • Supervision of construction progress and quality checking
  • Prepare monthly progresss report and progress claim
  • Supervise all structural and civil works and attend all meetings and co-ordination with sub-contractors.
  • Liaise with client’s consultants, RE and etc.
  • Prepare and plan work schedules.
  • Maintain and monitor quality controls.
  • Conduct daily field inspections of all work under construction.
  • Ensure workers maintain a clean construction site at all times.
  • Prepare job closing inspection reports for completed construction.
