Your Duties and Responsibilities:

Site Personnel Management

  • Manage and coach staff to ensure they are meeting their key deliverables and proactively address performance issues.
  • Develop and expand the knowledge of the team, including taking a lead mentoring role for Project Coordinators.

Site Management

  • Manage the site construction activities to ensure the most productive use of available materials and construction resources (internal and external).
  • Ensuring that all processes comply with approved procedures, work method statements & safety management plans.
  • Thoroughly understand and monitor trade scope of works, programme and the relevant components within the tender process.  
  • Inform the Project Manager of issues likely to have a substantial impact on operations and recommend changes in design details.
