Site Manager

Core are currently partnering with a residential developer/builder scaling fast across regional NSW with a strong pipeline of land + house projects. They’re moving from “delivery mode” into a proper platform tight systems, solid trade base, repeatable outcomes.

The role You’ll run multiple turnkey builds and help set the standard for how projects are delivered. This is hands-on, high ownership, and built for someone who likes improving the engine—not just driving it.
Clear runway to Regional Construction Manager as the business grows.

What you’ll do

• Deliver multiple residential projects end-to-end (set-out to handover)
• Build a reliable trade network in regional NSW (not inherit one)
• Drive programme: sequencing, logistics, momentum across live sites
• Solve buildability issues on new / first-time designs
• Lift QA, site systems,...
