  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and global policies alongside Finance, Legal, and PnC teams.

  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders and act as a trusted advisor on regional compliance and operational matters.


Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in operational leadership, preferably within established Shared Services Centers (SSC / GBS environments).
  • Proven track record in service delivery management, compliance, and process excellence.
